For over a decade, I’ve served in church leadership, administration, and development. Through every season, one truth became clear to me: revival doesn’t collapse because people stop praying or preaching. Revival collapses when the systems, culture, and leadership structures aren’t strong enough to carry what God is doing.
I’ve walked with pastors through growth, transition, rebuilding, and realignment. From discipleship pathways to ministry development, from leadership pipelines to multi-campus operations, my calling is to help pastors clarify vision, strengthen the nets, and build churches where people grow and leaders thrive.
